‘Nightmare of Eden’ DVD Release

BBC Worldwide (formerly 2|entertain), the company behind all of the 1963-89 story DVD releases have distributed the details and DVD cover of the upcoming release of the 1979 Season 17 serial ‘Nightmare of Eden’, starring the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker) and Romana II (Lalla Ward) and K-9 Mark II (voiced by David Brierley).
‘Nightmare of Eden’ marked the final time that Bob Baker (co-creator of K-9) wrote for the Doctor Who franchise, until the 2010 Australian-made series K9. Interestingly, the Mandrels in this classic story are also referenced in the K9 episode ‘Curse of Anubis’.
