Series Five Lenticular DVD Box Set Cover

 

2|entertain -  the bods who make all the Doctor Who DVDs for the new series and the classics – have revealed an animated image to show how the special lenticular cover for the Series Five DVD Box Set will look, as you can see below.

Lenticular covers have been made for Doctor Who DVDs before, but never with this kind of 3-D depth. Previously lenticular covers have only been used for the Series 4 box set and The Complete Specials, though each time it was just a 3-D shine-like effect.

The Doctor Who Series Five DVD Box Set is due for release on 8th November 2010 for £69.99.
