Russell T Davies has revealed, through the breaking of news in the latest Doctor Who Magazine issue 435, that the upcoming Torchwood audio dramas will be set prior to the events of ‘Children Of Earth’ in 2009 and will feature Gareth David-Lloyd as Ianto Jones once more! He has been able to jet off to Los Angeles for a few days to record the audios with his old Torchwood friends.
DWM 435 also confirmed the titles of each of the three audios that will air some time near ‘Miracle Day’…- Submission by Ryan Scott

- The Devil and Miss Carew by Rupert Laight
As Russell T Davies also revealed in the magazine, one of these audios also marks the first joint mission between Torchwood and U.N.I.T. as they team up in a story together, while he also explained that three new Torchwood novels are also going to be released featuring the trio of Captain Jack, Gwen and Ianto, in order to “exploit the narrative gap in a way which would be impossible for radio".

am very happy that ianto is comming back...but i wish that he would come back in mirical day like emm.... he had a tiny working organisom and he was brought back to life or thay had another resarection glove and this one just brought him back to life no side afects or they defeated the mirical and chanald it in to ianto's grave and he became ever liveing or imortal like jack but if you are reading this russel t davis then pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease can ianto come back
